If we select your great idea, we determine the dollar amount required to make your idea presentable to manufacturers.

Our company will pick up the costs associated with getting your idea presentable and pitching your idea to potential licensees. This is our investment in you and your great idea. These costs may include filing a provisional patent, building a prototype (if needed), marketing materials, phone calls, mail, travel and legal fees if necessary. We incur the costs for all of this, not you. Your only cost to pursue a licensing agreement is the cost of an email stamp, that’s it.

 If we are able to sign a licensing agreement, our investment is returned to us from the first dollar of a cash advance or royalties. You then receive up to 80% of all royalties going forward for what could be YEARS.

There are no guarantees. Submitting your idea doesn’t guarantee we choose it and if we choose it, that doesn’t guarantee a licensing deal.

We are very selective which ideas we choose. Keep in mind we are putting our own money into getting your product licensed.

Why don’t we charge anything for this service? Experience has shown us the big revenues come in years of royalty checks, not with nominal upfront fees. We are ALWAYS looking for great ideas to invest in and this eliminates any excuse from you taking the “next step”.
