SUBMIT YOUR GREAT IDEA IN CONFIDENCE
Congratulations on being part of a select group of inventors. You’re now one step closer to acting on your dream. We want to eliminate any fears you might have about sharing your idea with us.
To make sure your great idea is submitted securely, we offer a non-disclosure agreement (NDA)*. This agreement basically says we CANNOT disclose details about your great idea unless you specifically say otherwise. This documentation is also proof that you submitted your great idea to us when you said you did.
* An NDA is NOT a licensing agreement. A non-disclosure agreement is used when you have an unpatented idea that you need to show to a third party and you want that party to not reveal any information about your idea. This is essential for pre-patent discussions.
With either option, the Non-Disclosure Agreement MUST be signed before we can review your idea.

If you feel more comfortable submitting by mail, simply email us at submission@ideaswithvision.com subject “Submission Forms”. We will email 2 signed Nondisclosure Agreements and the invention submission forms.
For your protection and ours, please DO NOT submit questions about your great idea BEFORE submitting the required agreements.
